This 7-day program in Peru blends history, culture, and nature across two iconic destinations: Lima and Cusco. It begins with a visit to the Peruvian capital, exploring its squares, colonial monuments, and archaeological sites. The journey then continues to Cusco, the former capital of the Inca Empire, featuring tours of its historic neighborhoods, markets, and temples. Highlights include a visit to Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, a hike to the Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), and an excursion to the stunning Sirenacocha Lagoon, surrounded by breathtaking Andean landscapes. Breakfast. In the morning, we will tour the main streets, squares, and avenues of the city. We will start with a panoramic view of the Miraflores district. We will begin at the Love Park, where we will see the famous sculpture “The Kiss” by Peruvian artist Víctor Delfín. Then, we will observe the impressive Huaca Pucllana, a ceremonial center of the Lima culture. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas, where we will find the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. We will visit the Cathedral and walk to the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose corridors were walked by Saint Martin de Porres and Saint Rose of Lima in the 17th century and where their remains currently lie. Free afternoon. Accommodation in Lima.

DAY 03 - LIMA – CUSCO (City Tour of Cusco)

At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to board the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to acclimatize. In the afternoon, we will tour the beautiful city of Cusco, Capital of the Inca Empire. We will start by visiting the San Cristóbal viewpoint, from where we will have a privileged view of the city. Then we will visit the San Pedro Market, where we will discover local customs and the products consumed in the area. Next, we will visit the Koricancha temple, an emblematic place of the city, and admire its imposing Inca constructions. We will continue our tour visiting the famous San Blas neighborhood, walking through its streets that mix Inca and Colonial culture. We will end our tour visiting the Cusco Cathedral to learn its stories and appreciate colonial works of incredible value. Accommodation in Cusco.

We will depart by train to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World. We will arrive at Aguas Calientes station, where our staff will assist us to board the transport that will ascend along a winding road, offering us a spectacular view of the Urubamba River that shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, stairways, ceremonial enclosures, and urban areas. The energy emanates from the entire place. After a guided tour, we will have lunch at one of the local restaurants. Return by train. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in Cusco.

Early in the morning, we will begin our journey along the South Valley to Phulawasipata, the starting point of our adventure to the Cerro Colorado or Rainbow Mountain, located about 100 km southeast of Cusco. After enjoying breakfast, we will start our hike until reaching the access control point to this mystical place. Continuing the hike, we will observe how the colors around us change due to the weather, reaching an approximate altitude of 5,000 meters above sea level, the summit of the mysterious mountain. Its geological formations will reveal all their splendor in contrast with the blue sky, forming a formidable barrier between the coastal desert and the Amazon jungle dominated by the beautiful Ausangate snow-capped peak. We will enjoy lunch at a country restaurant and then return to Cusco. Accommodation in Cusco.

Early in the morning, we will pick you up at your hotel and start our bus trip to a fascinating destination that will surprise us. The Sirenacocha Lagoon is located in the imposing Ausangate mountain range, in the Yanacancha community, just three hours from Cusco. This spot stands out for its spectacular turquoise color, which varies between shades of lead blue and green depending on the season. This natural phenomenon is caused by minerals carried by water from nearby snow-capped peaks, creating a unique visual effect. Along the way, we will enjoy impressive landscapes surrounded by rich flora and fauna, making this trip an unforgettable experience. After appreciating the spectacular beauty of the place, we will enjoy a box lunch and, at the indicated time, return to Cusco. Accommodation in Cusco.
